not only does it deliver the large tension of 1600g , but it also puts
an end to the suffocating way of strapping the penis in many penis
extender systems, today. The design of SCSP drastically reduces
the dependence on the strapping by an elastic band or a string, while it

SizeUp penis traction device has been designed to enlarge a
penis in its flaccid state. A larger flaccid penis simply

However, a penis gets into erected state easily because blood
rushes to the penis when it's excited. For the duration of
wearing the device, to maintain a flaccid state of the corpus
cavernosum of the penis, SizeUp has introduced its Magnetized
Metallic Base.

Studies have shown that the amount of cells present in some human tissues
(eg. skin and bone tissues) can increase when tension is applied to the
these tissue regions, and the technique that takes advantage of this
phenomenon is called
tissue expansion. This natural ability of
human tissues to grow in response to an external stimulus (eg. application
of tension) has many medical applications. Two examples which can
demonstrate the wide use of tissue expansion would be to grow scalp skin
tissues with hair follicles in them by tension in the treatment of male type baldness, and to treat dwarfism by bone expansion.
By the same token,
the SizeUp Penis Traction Device takes advantage of Tissue Expansion, and makes penis enlargement possible by

Instruction: How to use
SizeUp Extender? |

Step 1:
Orient the base of the extender towards the body. Put
the penis through the ring in the device's base as shown.
The base should be positioned in such a way that its bottom is
rested upon the back of the penis. |

Step 2:
Adjust the device such that the semi-circular support platform
aligns with the bottom of the penis' head by sliding the
tension-varying nuts.
Feed one end of the air-breathable silicone band through one
of the two holes in the device's backing (top component) |

Step 3:
Wrap the band around the bottom of the penis' head while
keeping it's alignment with the semi-circular support
platform.
Feed the loose end of the silicone band through the second
hole in the device's backing, in turns, forming a strap around
the bottom of the penis' head. |

Step 4:
Tighten the strap until the penis is held firmly against the
device's backing by pulling both ends of the band.
To avoid losing the tightness of the strap, the two ends of
the band are to be fed through the locking mechanism as shown. |

Step 5:
With the extender being put on, what's left is to adjust the
tension. The traction tension can be adjusted by turning
and sliding the tension-varying nuts as indicated in the
figure. You should adjust the tension to the point at which
the penis under tension is 3% to 5% longer than the original
flaccid state. |
